Got questions about our platform and how it will work for you?

You get credits with your subscription. Use a credit to request a book, and earn one when someone receives a book you have sent.

You can list any gently used physical books - fiction, non-fiction, kids books etc. Just make sure they're in good condition.

Once your book is requested, we provide the shipping details. You just package it up and send it through the designated mail service. All we ask is that you package your book responsibly.

The ‘customer’ who requests your book will pay for shipping. All you need to do is package the book and ship it.

If a book goes missing in the mail, we've got you covered. You wont lose your credit and we will help you resolve the issue.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

Right now, we only ship within the UK. We plan to expand in the very near future!

Each listing includes a condition rating and optional notes from the owner so you will know what to expect. You will be asked to verify that you have read the description of your swap.

No problem! You can still browse and request books using your credits! Each credit you use, is rewarded to the lister and completes the swap process.

Of course! We love fairy mail! Just make sure you have your recipient's address and enter that when paying for postage!
